How do I buy a card?
- Browse the marketplace, select a card, choose a shipping option, and check out securely. You can also message the seller before purchasing.
Can I message a seller before purchasing?
- Yes. Messaging sellers before purchasing is encouraged.
What payment methods are accepted?
- Buyers pay securely through Stripe at checkout using standard payment methods.
Do I pay sales tax?
- Sales tax is applied where required by law, depending on your location.
What is your refund policy?
- CTM does not issue blanket refunds. If an item does not match the listing description or photos, buyers should contact the seller directly to resolve the issue.
Shipping
How does shipping work?
- Sellers control how their cards are shipped. Available shipping options are shown at checkout.
What is PWE and BMWT?
- PWE (Plain White Envelope): Lower-cost shipping, typically without tracking.
- BMWT (Bubble Mailer With Tracking): Higher-cost shipping with tracking and protection.
Who is responsible for shipping issues?
- Shipping is handled by the seller. Buyers should message the seller directly with delivery issues.
Selling on CTM
How do I become a seller?
- Create a free vendor account and list your cards. There are no paid tiers or subscriptions.
What fees does CTM charge?
- CTM charges a small commission on completed sales. There are no listing fees and no monthly costs.
How do payouts work?
- Sellers are paid manually via bank transfer or Zelle on scheduled payout dates.
Can I sell low-value cards (e.g., $0.99)?
- Yes. Sellers set both pricing and shipping. Pricing correctly ensures sellers are not losing money.

Is CTM a consignment service?
