    Does CTM authenticate or grade cards?
    No, CTM does not authenticate or grade cards. Listings are reviewed for accuracy and clarity, but buyers should review photos closely and message sellers with questions before purchasing.

    How do I buy a card on CTM?
    Browse the marketplace, select a card, choose a shipping option, and check out securely. You can message the seller before purchasing if you have questions.

    Can I message a seller before buying?
    Yes, messaging sellers before purchasing is encouraged.  Use the “Inquiry” button on the listings.

    What payment methods does CTM accept?
    Buyers pay securely through Stripe at checkout using standard payment methods.

    Do I pay sales tax on CTM?
    Sales tax is applied where required by law, based on your location.

    What is CTM’s refund policy?
    CTM does not issue blanket refunds. If an item doesn’t match its listing description or photos, buyers should contact the seller directly to resolve the issue.

    How does shipping work on CTM?
    Sellers control how their cards are shipped, and available shipping options are shown at checkout.

    What do PWE and BMWT mean?
    PWE (Plain White Envelope) is lower-cost shipping, typically without tracking. BMWT (Bubble Mailer With Tracking) is higher-cost shipping with tracking and added protection.

    Who handles shipping issues on CTM?
    Sellers are responsible for shipping. Buyers should message the seller directly with any delivery issues.

    How do I become a seller on CTM?
    Create a free Vendor account and start listing your cards. A premium subscription is not required to sell.

    What fees does CTM charge sellers?
    CTM charges a small commission on completed sales, with no listing fees and no monthly costs.

    How do seller payouts work?
    Sellers are paid manually via bank transfer or Zelle on scheduled payout dates.

    Can I sell low-value cards on CTM (e.g., under $1)?
    Yes, sellers set both pricing and shipping, so pricing correctly helps ensure you’re not losing money on low-value sales.
