6. Liability & Shipping Policy

• Cardtradingmarketplace.com is not responsible for lost or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect address entry by the buyer or seller.
• While we take every precaution to handle cards safely, we are not liable for accidental damage. If an issue arises, we will contact the seller directly to resolve it.
• Once the card is shipped to the buyer, cardtradingmarketplace.com assumes no further liability for its delivery.
• Cardtradingmarketplace.com is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party shipping providers.
• Users acknowledge that transactions are conducted at their own risk, and cardtradingmarketplace.com is not liable for any disputes that arise between buyers and seller.
• CryptoCardTrader.com does not guarantee the condition or authenticity of items sold.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• Cardtradingmarketplace.com provides its services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the absolute accuracy of listings.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, cardtradingmarketplace.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our platform.
• In any case, cardtradingmarketplace.com’s total liability shall not exceed the transaction fees collected for the disputed transaction.
