1. Account & Listing Requirements

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date account.

  • Upload high-quality images showing the actual card. Avoid using stock or unrelated images.

  • Clearly describe the card, including edition, condition, and any imperfections.

2. Pricing & Transaction Policies

  • All sales are final once payment is received, per our Terms of Service.

  • Any transaction fees or platform commissions will be automatically applied.

3. Shipping & Handling

  • Ship items promptly after a sale is completed. Delays can negatively impact your seller rating.

  • Use packaging that protects cards from damage during transit (e.g., card sleeves, rigid mailers).

  • Use a trackable shipping method whenever possible. Buyers rely on timely and safe delivery.

  • Ensure the buyer’s shipping address is correct before sending the item.

4. Communication & Customer Service

  • Respond promptly to buyer inquiries. Professional communication fosters trust.

  • Resolve disputes directly with buyers whenever possible. CardTradingMarketplace.com is not responsible for disputes beyond platform facilitation.

5. Prohibited Practices

  • Do not list counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorized items.

  • Do not misrepresent the condition, edition, or authenticity of any card.

  • Avoid spam-like listings, duplicate entries, or manipulative pricing practices.

6. Compliance & Liability

  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations for selling trading cards in your location.

  • You are responsible for packaging, shipping, and any customs or import fees if shipping internationally.

  • CardTradingMarketplace.com assumes no liability for lost, damaged, or misdelivered shipments.

7. Performance & Ratings

  • Buyers can leave feedback based on your transaction and shipping performance.

  • High ratings improve trust and visibility; poor ratings may impact your seller privileges.
