No. CTM does not authenticate or grade cards. Listings are reviewed for accuracy and clarity, but buyers should always review photos and message sellers with questions before purchasing.

How do I buy a card?

Browse the marketplace, select a card, choose a shipping option, and check out securely. You can also message the seller before purchasing to ask questions or discuss details.

Can I message a seller before purchasing?

Yes. Messaging sellers before purchasing is encouraged, especially for questions about condition, shipping options, or pricing.

What payment methods are accepted?

Do I pay sales tax?

Sales tax is applied where required by law, depending on your location and the seller’s location.

What is your refund policy?

CTM does not issue blanket refunds. If an item does not match the listing description or photos, buyers should contact the seller directly to resolve the issue. Most situations are handled through direct communication.

How does shipping work?

Sellers control how their cards are shipped. Available shipping options are shown at checkout.

What is PWE and BMWT?

PWE (Plain White Envelope): Lower-cost shipping, typically with no tracking available.
BMWT (Bubble Mailer With Tracking): Higher-cost shipping with tracking and added protection.

Availability depends on the seller’s listing.

Who is responsible for shipping issues?

Shipping is handled by the seller. Buyers should message the seller directly if there are questions or issues with delivery.

How do I become a seller?

Create a free vendor account and list your cards. There are no paid tiers or subscriptions.

What fees does CTM charge?

CTM charges a small commission on completed sales. There are no listing fees and no monthly costs.

How do payouts work?

Sellers are paid manually via bank transfer or Zelle on scheduled payout dates. Payout details must be completed before funds can be sent.

Can I sell low-value cards (e.g., $0.99)?

Yes. Sellers set both card pricing and shipping. Pricing correctly ensures sellers are not losing money on transactions.
