Vendor/Seller Agreement

Welcome to cardtradingmarketplace.com! This Vendor/Seller Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the rights and responsibilities of any individual or business (“Vendor,” “you,” or “your”) who lists, sells, or otherwise offers trading cards through cardtradingmarketplace.com, operated by Card Trading Marketplace LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering as a Vendor and using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Vendor Eligibility & Account

  • Vendors must create an account on cardtradingmarketplace.com to list or sell products.

  • Vendors represent and warrant that they are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to sell trading cards.

  • Vendors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity under their account.

2. Marketplace Use & Product Restrictions

  • cardtradingmarketplace.com is exclusively for buying and selling trading cards. Selling any other items is strictly prohibited.

  • Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, including copyright, intellectual property, and local/state regulations.

  • Listings must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Vendors must not misrepresent the condition or authenticity of any card.

3. Listing & Transaction Fees

  • Vendors agree to pay cardtradingmarketplace.com a transaction fee on each completed sale. The fee is 8% of the sale price, or as otherwise published on the site.

  • Fees are automatically deducted from payments processed through our platform.

  • Vendors are responsible for any taxes or other fees arising from their sales, including state sales tax collection if applicable.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors are solely responsible for fulfilling orders accurately, shipping items in a timely manner, and providing accurate tracking information.

  • Vendors must maintain current and valid contact and payment information to receive payouts.

  • Vendors agree that all sales are final once payment is completed, unless otherwise agreed between buyer and vendor.

5. Shipping & Liability

  • Vendors are responsible for shipping sold items unless cardtradingmarketplace.com has explicitly assumed shipping responsibility.

  • Vendors must package items securely to prevent damage during transit.

  • cardtradingmarketplace.com is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered shipments handled by third-party shipping providers.

  • Any disputes related to delivery, condition, or authenticity must be resolved directly between the vendor and buyer.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Vendors must not:

  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.

  • List counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items.

  • Violate intellectual property rights or infringe upon the rights of others.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your vendor account.

7. Termination

  • Vendors may close their accounts at any time by contacting cardtradingmarketplace.com support.

  • We may suspend or terminate vendor accounts at our discretion for violations of this Agreement or any applicable laws.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • cardtradingmarketplace.com provides the platform on an “as-is” basis.

  • We do not verify, inspect, or guarantee the condition or authenticity of any cards listed.

  • Vendors acknowledge that they are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, fulfillment of orders, and resolution of disputes.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, cardtradingmarketplace.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

9. Changes to the Agreement

  • cardtradingmarketplace.com may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
