  • Sellers must provide accurate shipping addresses and tracking information when available.

  • Sellers must ensure items are packaged safely to prevent damage during transit.

2. Buyer Responsibility

  • Buyers must provide accurate shipping addresses.

  • CardTradingMarketplace.com is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete buyer information.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Shipping methods and costs are determined by the seller and clearly displayed in the listing.

  • CardTradingMarketplace.com does not set or guarantee shipping rates.

4. Liability

  • CardTradingMarketplace.com is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments handled by sellers or third-party carriers.

  • Disputes regarding delivery, condition, or timeliness of shipments must be resolved directly between the buyer and seller.

5. Optional Platform-Managed Shipping (Future)

  • If CardTradingMarketplace.com offers direct shipping or fulfillment services in the future, separate terms will apply. Vendors and buyers will be notified and must comply with the updated terms.
