Request Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your CTM account and all associated data, email us at the address below. Our team will process your request within 48 hours.
Send your deletion request to:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
What gets deleted:
- Your account and login credentials
- Your order history
- Your saved listings and watchlist
- Any comments you have made
- Your profile information and bio
Before you request deletion:
- If you have an active Premium subscription, please cancel it first
- If you are a vendor with open orders, please fulfill them before requesting deletion
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
