Payment & Payout Policy

CardTradingMarketplace.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”) connects buyers and sellers of trading cards. We process payments through third-party payment providers and act as a marketplace facilitator. By using our platform, you agree to the following payment and payout terms:

1. Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • CardTradingMarketplace.com does not hold buyer funds beyond the scope of transaction facilitation.

  • Buyers must provide valid payment information at checkout. Transactions may be declined if payment information is invalid or funds are insufficient.

2. Transaction Fees & Commission

  • A transaction fee is charged on each completed sale, as disclosed on the website.

  • Fees are deducted automatically before vendor payouts.

3. Vendor Payouts

  • Vendors receive payouts according to the payout method selected in their account (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer).

  • Minimum payout thresholds and payout schedules are set by CardTradingMarketplace.com and may change with notice.

  • CardTradingMarketplace.com is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4. Refunds & Disputes

  • Buyers and sellers are responsible for resolving disputes regarding item condition, delivery, or misrepresentation.

  • Refunds issued are the responsibility of the seller. CardTradingMarketplace.com does not guarantee refunds outside of the transaction fee structure.

  • Any chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions may be deducted from vendor payouts.

5. Account & Payment Security

  • Vendors and buyers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and payment information.

  • CardTradingMarketplace.com will not be liable for unauthorized transactions caused by account compromise.

6. Changes to Policy

  • CardTradingMarketplace.com reserves the right to update payout schedules, fees, or payment processing methods at any time. Vendors and buyers will be notified of material changes.
